Daniel T. Pocklington is certified as a Specialist in Family Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.  He has been practicing law since 2010,  Prior to founding Pocklington Law, Daniel honed his skills in trial preparation, legal analysis, and client management at the civil defense firm Ericksen Arbuthnot and plaintiff's injury firm Willoughby Doyle.  Daniel is licensed by the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.  He is a member of the Contra Costa County and Alameda County Bar Associations and has served on a number of board and committees on the local associations over his years of practice.
